Construction leaves mud, stucco droppings, and mortar splatter on every flat surface. We use a rotary surface cleaner to lift the construction debris from the concrete and the pavers, and we pre-treat the stubborn stucco and mortar spots before the full clean.
Walls & Siding
Walls collect construction dust, paint overspray, and stucco splatter. We soft wash the walls with a solution that lifts the dust and the overspray without damaging the new finish, and we rinse thoroughly so the surface is clean and ready for the buyer.
Windows & Glass
Construction leaves a film of dust and paint on every window. We use a purified water system to clean the glass, the frame, and the sill, and we scrape the stubborn paint spots with a glass-safe scraper so the windows are spotless for handover.
