YOUR LOCAL CHOICE FOR
FENCE CLEANING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Fences in SoCal sit in the sun all day and the marine layer all night, and that cycle is hard on every material. Wood fences turn gray and grow algae in the grain. Vinyl fences chalk and yellow. Wrought iron fences rust at the joints. Every fence type needs a different approach, and using the wrong one will damage the material.
We adjust our method for every fence. Wood gets a low-pressure soft wash that lifts the algae and the gray oxidation without raising the grain. Vinyl gets a dedicated solution that removes the chalky oxidation and restores the original color. Wrought iron gets a careful clean and we flag any rust spots we find so you can address them before they spread.
If your fence has been looking tired or weathered, call (562) 526-0639. We will come out, tell you what it needs, and give you a clear price.
EVERY FENCE MATERIAL, SAME CAREFUL CLEAN
Wood, vinyl, and wrought iron each need a completely different approach. We never use the same pressure or solution on all three.
Wood Fences
Wood fences in SoCal turn gray from UV oxidation and grow algae in the grain, especially on the side facing the sprinklers. We soft wash wood with a low-pressure application that lifts the algae and the gray oxidation without raising the grain or fuzzing the surface. The wood comes back to its natural tone, ready for a sealer if you want one.
Vinyl Fences
Vinyl fences chalk and yellow under the SoCal sun, and they hold onto algae in the textured surfaces. We use a dedicated house wash solution that removes the chalky oxidation and the organic growth without damaging the vinyl or stripping the UV inhibitors from the material.
Wrought Iron Fences
Wrought iron fences rust at the joints and along the bottom rail where water sits. We clean the surface carefully to lift the dirt and the loose oxidation, and we flag any active rust spots we find so you can address them before they compromise the structure. We do not paint, but we will tell you exactly what we see.
